Cris Jerden

Founder

Cris has been working in the direct mail industry since 1994 and has executed more than 50,000 successful direct mail campaigns for 100’s of brands in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. Cris is a lean six sigma marketing blackbelt and an expert in data modeling, creative development and Design of Experiments (aka Multi Variate Testing).

Before founding DMS, Cris got his start working for advertising agencies, in-house marketing departments and printers. His industry experience spans Automotive, Banking, Consumer Finance, Home Services, Insurance, Nutraceuticals, Retail, Warranty and Subscription services. Cris graduated from the University of Missouri J-School and is based in RPV, California.

Jason Wang

Chief Data Officer

As the Chief Data Officer at DMS, Jason bringing over 25 years of leadership in data analytics and data science. Throughout his career, Jason has consistently driven business transformation through data-informed strategies and actionable insights. He has held senior analytic leadership roles at industry-leading organizations including Citigroup, GE Capital, American Express, Charles Schwab, and Nationwide Insurance.

Recognized for building and guiding high-performing analytics teams, Jason excels at aligning data capabilities with business objectives. His expertise spans data modeling, data governance, predictive modeling and deployment, and the design and execution of A/B and multivariate testing to optimize decision-making across complex environments.

Prior to joining DMS, Jason served as Director of Analytics at Nationwide Insurance. His industry experience encompasses banking, consumer finance, secured and unsecured lending, and insurance. Jason holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University and is based in Irvine, California.






Magali Cornelio

Account Manager

A seasoned account manager, Magali, has more than 10 years of diverse experience across the financial services and marketing sectors. She has been instrumental in delivering client-focused solutions in direct mail marketing, leveraging her extensive background in account management and customer service.

Prior to her current role, Magali honed her skills as a Loan Processor at Harvest Small Business Finance, where she supported small business lending initiatives. Her career also includes roles such as Accounts Receivable Clerk at Robert Half and Marketing Coordinator at American Advisors Group, where she managed direct mail campaigns. Her early career in healthcare administration provided her with a solid foundation in compliance, and billing services.

Magali holds a Medical Billing and Coding Certification from Career College of California and is based on Cypress, CA. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Practice Fusion, and Medisoft. Known for her friendly demeanor and commitment to quality, she excels in cross-functional collaboration and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
